Prayer Needs for the Week of 11/27/2011
- Please pray for our children, AJ (6 yrs) & Olivia (3 1/2 yrs), who will be participating in a living nativity presentation at a community-wide Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, December 3. Other children from ALIANZA and the broader community will be participating as well, and there have been a few in our community who have responded negatively to our church’s involvement in this annual event. Pray that God’s name would be glorified as we come together in Jesus’ name.
- Please pray for Deborah’s Thursday night discipleship group. It has been very hard to meet with all 3 ladies at the same time, and so she has been doing a lot of “make-up” sessions. Not only does this create more work for Deborah, but it has been very difficult to build a good rapport with this group.
- Pray for friends in Santo Domingo who are considering a divorce. Pray that each would humble themselves before God, and that He would heal their hurts. Pray that God would work a true miracle in their hearts. These are dear friends of ours that we have had many opportunities to minister to, but neither are followers of Christ.
- Pray that God would provide transportation from Santo Domingo for some storage units needed for ALIANZA’s children’s ministry.
